The third annual USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals will be held in Denver, CO July 16-18, 2010. The competition will be hosted by the Rocky Mountain Lifting Club and Dan & Jennifer Gaudreau.

Raw lifting has gained popularity in the past several years and raw lifters wanted to have a chance at competing at a National level, so the Raw Nationals was voted in at the National Governing Body meeting in 2007. Whether you are a novice lifter, a hardcore raw lifter, or an equipped lifter in the middle of a raw training cycle, Raw Nationals offers something for you.

You must have posted a raw total in a USAPL meet in 2009 up to the competition in 2010 to be eligible to lift in the meet.
