Club Coach
Senior National Coach
Senior International Coach

1. Club Coach - Coaching Beginner level to State level lifters

Course Covers:
• Rules of Performance
• Meet Preparation and Management
• Equipment Rules, Methods of Training and Preparation
• Evaluation of performance



2. Senior National Coach - Beginner to National indiv. to team coach. Assist at International events

Course Covers:
• National Meet Management & Strategy
• Handling of teams at National Level
• Advanced meet Prepapration and Training



3. Senior International Coach - Beginner to International level lifters and teams.
International team Head/Assistant coach

Course Covers:
• International meet Management and Strategy.
• Handling lifters, assistant coaches, and teams at International Level

Courses are 2 day seminars held in Colorado or at Major Meets. Courses may be scheduled at any location for parties of ten or more.

Course materials: Comprised of existing texts and articles submitted to The Coaches Committee for approval.

Coaches with previous experience may apply with our online resume to start at the next higher level. World team head coaching experience may allow a coach to start at the Senior International level.
